Peer-Review Policy

The main objective of the peer review process is to ensure the publication of original, high-quality scientific research and review papers in RAME Publishers journals. We maintain a fair, unbiased, and rigorous peer-review process where reviewers play a vital role in maintaining academic integrity.

  • All submitted manuscripts are first evaluated by the Editor-in-Chief for relevance to the journal’s aims and scope, language quality, and compliance with submission guidelines.
  • Only manuscripts that meet the basic standards are forwarded for peer review.
  • Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the subject area.
  • The review process follows a double-blind model — both authors and reviewers remain anonymous to ensure fairness and impartiality.
  • Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on originality, technical soundness, adherence to author guidelines, and the validity and presentation of results.
  • Reviewers must submit their reports and recommendations (accept, revise, or reject) within the timeframe specified by the journal.
  • If one reviewer’s report is delayed but the other provides a comprehensive evaluation, the Editor-in-Chief may take a decision based on a single reviewer’s feedback.
  • Final publication decisions are made by the Editor-in-Chief, considering reviewers’ comments and recommendations.
  • The Editor-in-Chief may seek additional advice from members of the Editorial Board when required.

Through this rigorous process, RAME Publishers ensures that every article published meets the highest academic and ethical standards in scholarly communication.
