Editorial Evaluation & Review Workflow
The primary objective of the peer-review process at RAME Publishers is to maintain academic rigor, ensure research reproducibility, and publish original, high-impact scientific manuscripts. Reviewers serve as an integral pillar of scientific publishing by identifying strengths, technical weaknesses, and methodological validity.
Double-Blind Peer Review: All journals published under RAME Publishers operate under a strict double-blind peer-review model. The identities of both the authors and the reviewers remain mutually anonymous throughout the evaluation workflow to prevent unconscious bias or conflicts of interest.
Stage-by-Stage Review Protocol
- Initial Editorial Triage: Upon submission, the Editor-in-Chief conducts an initial screening to verify scope alignment, adherence to author guidelines, language quality, and acceptable similarity index via automated plagiarism software (iThenticate).
- Reviewer Selection: Manuscripts passing preliminary triage are assigned to at least two independent expert reviewers with proven subject-matter expertise.
- Evaluation Criteria: Reviewers assess submissions based on originality, scientific depth, methodology, data presentation, valid statistical interpretations, and proper citation of literature.
- Recommendation Submission: Reviewers deliver detailed critique reports advising the editorial board to: Accept As-Is, request Minor Revision, request Major Revision, or Reject the submission.
- Deliberation & Expedited Decisions: If one referee report is unduly delayed while another provides an exhaustive, conclusive evaluation, the Editor-in-Chief reserves the authority to render a decision or assign an adjudicating editor.
- Final Editorial Decision: Final authority regarding manuscript acceptance or rejection rests solely with the Editor-in-Chief, who may consult with Editorial Board members for complex or interdisciplinary investigations.
